Miznon Kosher Times Square is Glatt Kosher under the supervision of Rabbi Aaron D. Mehlman. You can see our certificate here. We have been officially kosher since 01/25/2024. This is the ONLY Miznon location in New York City that has a kosher certification.

Shani owns and operates over 40 restaurants worldwide, including Miznon, North Miznon, Naked Tomato, SHMONÉ and HaSalon in NYC alone, with upcoming expansion plans throughout the US.

He is considered one of the leading figures in the Israeli cuisine, starring in the TV series Food for Thought and appearing on the panel of judges during the past six seasons of Israeli Master Chef. Eyal’s restaurants combine traditional Israeli flavors focused on seasonal ingredients with a lively atmosphere, inspired by the energy in Tel Aviv.

Can I come to Miznon Times Square if I am not Kosher?Of course! All people are welcome at Miznon. While our food is kosher, there are delicious options for everyone. If you are not kosher, you are welcome to dine here, or at any of our other locations around the world. If you keep kosher and require restaurants you dine at to be Kosher Certified, you will only be able to dine at our restaurants Miznon Times Square (none of the other Miznon locations globally) or Malka. We have kosher-style options at our other locations including HaSalon, but our other locations are NOT Kosher Certified.
